Is it any wonder why so many people commit what our justice systems terms, White Collar Crimes? I can tell you why they do it, because there is rarely if any consequence to their crimes. The system rewards criminal behavior by making it so difficult and costly for the victims to bring their criminals crime to a court of law in order to prosecute and regain the money that was stolen.
For instance, my mother, created a Family Trust before she passed away nearly 5 years ago. My brother, who lived with her at the time she was diagnosed with lung cancer, was made the Trustee and Executor of the family trust.
The trust contained real estate, stocks and cash. After 4 years and countless dollars spent on legal fees trying to get the Trustee to make a final distribution and close the trust, my 2 sisters and I hired yet another attorney to try to get it resolved. Communication with our brother/trustee was very limited due to strained and alienated relationship with his sisters. Our legal advisor suggested that we vote him out as trustee and get a court order making one of the sisters the new trustee. We were relieved to think it was about to come to an end. The new trustee (my sister) took the court order to the bank where the cash account was held, only to learn our brother had wire transferred all of the money to a Gold company purchasing $250,000 in bullion months prior. Robbing my parents children and grandchildren of their rightful inheritance.
In order for us to even attempt to retrieve the absconded funds, with no guarantees, from our brother who has committed a crime by
We are left with the responsibly for taxes, final accounting and expenses related to closing the trust. He on the other hand, walks away with no responsibly and all of the money. We are stuck with all the legal/court fees and the feeling of being raped. He has absolutely no consequence for his criminal behavior. You tell me, does crime pay?

My name is Linda D. White, the sister of Walter Gale White. I regret to inform the public and wish to retrack my report concerning Walter Gale White, Sonny White. I would like to appologize. The report I sumitted was a total LIE.
I recently turned my life over to God and I must tell the truth. I have NOT always been a good mother, a good sister or a good daughter. I must confess a few things about myself. I've been an alcoholic most of my adult life and have an arrest record concerning theft and I often lied about many things conerning my family, especially things concerning my brother. I regret lying to members of my church and to all my friends. I would like to tell the truth and make sure no more bad light is placed on my brother. My brother, Walter Gale White, took excellent care of our dying mother for nearly three years by himself and even buried our mother by himself. My sisters and I practically ignored our mother's painful illness. We did very little to help our brother or our mother.
I would like to set the record straight concerning my brother concerning his tenure as Trustee of our mother's estate. He never once cheated or stole anything from me or my sisters. He was the type of brother who never took but always gave to us. Unlike me, I usually took from my friends and my family. I took advantage of others and I'm sorry. My brother always provided proper accounting and detailed reports concerning the Trust. He atempted serveral times to close the Trust in a fair manner, but all my sisters and I gave him was grief. I guess, we resented him for taking care of our mother and giving her the support she needed. We provided very little support and we feel guilty and ashamed.
The truth is this; my brother worked hundreds of hours to sell properties and negotiate with the IRS in areas that nobody else could have done. My brother made sure everything was done correctly for the best interest of the Trust. He made sure all his siblings received rearly $500,000 in inheritance money. What did we do to show our appreciation? My sisters and I tried to steal the rest of the money in the Trust and leave our brother with nothing. I regret this so much. We paid an attorney thousands of dollars to help accomplish this. We even tried to put him in jail. This is the power of GUILT and the power of Satan. For this, I am deeply sorry.
My brother honestly invested the remaining money from the Trust into Christian software and website so we could earn profits long after he is gone. He knew his sisters and I were not good with managing our money, so he wanted to create a Christian business that could provide monetary rewards way into the future. I'm glad this was done because we would have squandered the money just like we had done in the past. As usual, he made the right decision.
Again, I would like to retrack the report and everything that I said that was placed on this wesbite dated Sept 24, 2010 published on September 27, 2010. It was NOT true. It was a total lie.
