Your report is so full of holes - so how did he "loose" your case?? If he smelled like alcohol how come you did not inform the judge of this?? How do you know that he is a "mother hater"?? Most Family Attorneys are there to plead a case to the judge who is the better parent for the sake of the children. I am guessing you LOST your case because you were not proven to be the BETTER parent so now you are lashing out because your lost. Try again. YOU hired the attorney and you need to understand you LOST the case. If you want to appeal then HIRE another attorney.
