Walter Raleigh Sapp - Margaret (Cissy)Ann Lebedzinski - Margaret Mosser, - Margaret Handlin - Riverside Watercraft & Fiberglass Repair Bogus Repair Shop Gives Etimate Then when job almost complete Shop Owner States estimate was for only half the job and Will pay double or never see boat again then threatens to do bodily harm if found on property. Conroe Texas
The people running this business are ripoff artists. They will give an appropriate estimate of the repair and then constantly jack up the price until the consumer says no more they then abscond with your property and tell you to sue them.
They know that it is a contract dispute and thus a civil case of which they never attempt to respond to, in other words they default on the case which awards the consumer monetary damages which they know can never be collected as all business assets are cleverly hidden.
They take the property and utilize it to their advantage whether they sell it as parts and trash what is not sellable or they complete the repairs and rent the property out to unsuspecting consumers at an hourly rate thereby making money from the deceptive theft of property.
Once a money judgemnet has been awarded the property is considered gone and the only remedy one has is to try to get the money which is usually impossible. 85% of monetary judgements go uncollected.
Police are of no help because it is considered a civil case and not a criminal case even though your property is now gone through the deceptive practices of an unscrupulous repairman. I call this theft by deception sounds criminal to me!
Never, ever, for any reason take anything to this business for repairs, paint, or even a tune up, these people will rob you blind and laugh at you the whole time you try to do anything about it. They have a good thing going and are not about to stop ripping off their customers until there are no more customers left. Unfortunately, there are many gullable people in this world.
I know I sued and won by default and now my NASCAR powered boat is in limbo (considered gone by the authorities) and all I got was a piece of paper that says I am right and they are wrong and they owe me $10,000.00 which I cannot collect and thanks to the way the judgemnet is written they only thing I can get is money, Not My Boat!
No one will help me make this thing into a criminal case (because if you asked me it is) therefor the police say their hands are tied and all I can try to do is get the money. I don't want the money, I would like to have my boat back.
