I recently got a divorce from my ex-wife in 08 and I left het in May of 2006. Ever since then I have had credit fraud, mail fraud, internet fraud and bank fraud caused my my ex-spouse. I have filed several police reports and have checked with the postal service verifying all the information and address changes caused by this individual without my consent. I am taking legal action against this person hopefully I can put this person behind bars and everyone that is affiliated with this individual and think that Identity theft and fraud is acceptable.

Just to make things very clear about your public information, along with the information provided on this website.
a. It is very easy for someone to look up anyone's name online and recieve an address along with previous addresses, your date of birth, your childrens information; basically anything besides social security numbers. And if you're not careful, for a small online fee, they can get those too.
b. If you are performing a background check, credit check, or are able to pull up criminal records; it's very easy to see the police reports filed against the wife. It's actually something very easy to find online through your county website, which if there is anything on you, will also pull up your address.
c. If someone is stalking you or any of your children, I suggest actually filing a police report. It will give them insight on your current situation. This is common knowledge and seeing as though you didn't mention that in your rebuttal, it's safe to assume that it's not the truth.
It's very easy to see what's going on here. The wife has the police reports, and investigations on her record, which coincides with the husbands story. The wife just stated that he left her and cheated, which coincides with the divorce (that you can actually look up online too.)
** Note to wife** When you submit information on Ripoff Report past, present, and future employers, law enforcement, credit angencies, and anyone looking up your name online are able to pull up this report. When you submit a rebuttal you have to acknowledge that the information is valid. They should also add truthful. The information will not be removed, even at your request, so you will always be immortalized as a bitter wife. Next time you may want to think twice before you add anything. I feel sorry for you.

The Report clearly states that the ex-wife has committed numerous counts of fraud, and I hope that she will soon feel the cold realization of her inconceivable actions. People like this should be punished! I can only hope that children are not seeing this mothers actions, and if so, she should be ashamed of herself, and they should be taken from her. People like this give women a bad reputation. I would be ashamed to know this woman, see her committing all of these unlawful acts without a meaningful resolution. These are the woman that get just a slap on the wrist and then feel indestructible. This shows that she's not only trying to ruin her ex-husbands life, but she's ruining her own as well, along with her children's understanding of what's right and wrong. Seems like she's holding on to some deep seeded resentment, that she would put her life and anyone else's that she's involved with on hold, to try to ruin her husbands. Seems like she's trying to hold on, not the husband.

this is just one of the many things this person has done as a malicious act, from using taxpayers dollars many times to make false police reports to harassment of the courts.
this so called man is as usual, crying for attention.
what kind of father notes on the internet the address and phone number of where his two small children live, just to try to get back at his ex-wife, whom he cheated on and left?
many unwelcomed visitors have showed up to my home and someone seems to be stalking the kids when they play outside, due to this person putting my address on internet. i refuse to change my phone number or move because of this low life.
i have already given a copy of this to local police to have on file.
