I ordered a Hitachi wand massager from WandEnvy.com. $ 46.99 a waste of my money! The wand never worked. When plugged in it sparked, it turned on for 30 seconds and quit, and never turned on again. I wrote to them wand support@wandenvy.com. They requested a video of it not working. I sent them a video plugging it in and turning the on switch off and on with NO results. They NEVER responded to my MULTIPLE requests for refund and return label, they Never returned my phone calls. They are a DISHONEST company and will Rip You Off. Stay Clear of them.
