Complaint Review: Wanderlust Outdoor Gear

Wanderlust Outdoor Gear is owned and operated by a man named Kurt Russell.He custom designs,and makes ultra-light backpacking tents.Each tent is made to order,and the buisness is strictly mail order through his website.
I ordered a tent from Mr.Russell in Oct.2003.I prepaid in full to the ammount of $285.00.I allowed a full six months for delivery,which is what his site suggests the time frame will be due to high demand.
I finally became concerned after the 7th month.I attempted to call his phone #,only to dicover it was disconnected.I have since tried email,writing letters...all go ignored.
At this point,it has been a full 9 months since Mr.Russel cashed my check,and apparently vanished.His website is still up and running. I would advise anyone thinking of ordering one of his tents to look elswhere.
