Wang Gang Internet purchase scam Shanghai Internet
I just received a pair of women's snow boots in the post but they are not the ones that I ordered. They are not only the wrong brand but they are also a counterfeit boot as I can't find any reviews of "Regatta Lady Dalten" boots anywhere on the Internet. The order went through ebay and appeared to be a legitimate offer. Somewhere through the transaction process it must have redirected to a Chinese outlet operation. I received the following confirmation email from "Sara Li" post purchase: "Dear customer, Thank you for your email,and your order was shipped out,and the tracking number is LX986343384CN, you can check it on EMS site, you will receive soon, don't worry, thank you, have a nice day. Best wishes. customer service [PS:if you have any problem, please contact customer service on website, thank you]". I'll try to return the boots to the "Return to" address on the package and go about the process of a full refund but I'm not too hopeful on a positive outcome.
