Complaint Review: Wang Gang

The page stmoriz.com.au appeared to be an ALL Australian site with tons of products. After ordering a pair of Adidas shoes, the bill sent by email said the amount on the credit card could be different due to international exchange rates - it was AUD 140 instead of AUD 130  as on website. I realized then that the company was in China which was nowhere to be sseen on the website. The product arrives a week later in a simple bag, no original documents. It was a COMPLETELY different shoe with a sole insole to make you look taller (?!). The shoe was NOT original Adidas and terrible quality. I wrote them with the above - there was only an email address to get in contact. They replied saying they were sorry for the warehouse worker's mistake and offered me a 10% refund of the shoe. I declined and have since contacted them 4 times but no further response. I have reported them to every possible site and I see their abuse is widespread as they are impostoring different brands and have other websites too.
