I had ordered 3 jerseys online. The add showed up on my facebook page, and stated they were the NFL shop. In fact when I ordered the items, it was the NFL shop order form. Should have known better since the Pay Pal button didn't work. Then I had to use my Debit card.
I ordered a large Stafford, (Detroit Lions) Jersey, I received a small, I ordered a Large Jake Ryan (Green Bay Packers) Jersey, and received a small. So neither one of these is any good to me. Doesn't fit the people I bought them for. The only one the was correct was the Paul Horning jersey I ordered. And even that you could tell was done cheaply.
In all it costed me around $130, and the items I received are pretty useless to me. And of course no way to return the items and get my money back.
Is there any way of getting to these people for a refund? I can see by this site that I am not the only one complaining about this company. Be ware of adds on Facebook! It also tok 6 weeks to get the items.
