Complaint Review: Wang Zhaohui

I paid for a painting via Pay Pal to Wang Zhaohui. * chinesepainters *: *alloilpaint *.  google *__* :   They stated terms 4 to 8 weeks for delivery of painting.  I never received the painting.  I contacted Pay Pal who stated that I had waited longer than 45 days to dispute the transaction.  Terms were for 8 weeks.  Pay Pal has not been helpful.  I contacted the seller twice.  I received no return communication.  This is scam.  They sell you on paying via Pay Pal because it is "risk free" and give terms to 8 weeks.  When they do not perform you are outside the 45 Pay Pal dispute time window.  Pay Pal is a joke.  Do not be taken in by this scam
