Complaint Review: Wangjingqi wangjingqi

They sent out cleaning tablets=== did not include mixing instructions.  They said it could be returning in 7 calendar days with proof of purchase and  receipt which none of any where included in the package.

Now this is supose to remove build up water stains, yellowed caulking and a numberous amount of different stains.

I need to know how to return it or at least mix it and try it to see if it works.

The instructions also need to be in English.

The customer service email would have been nice if it would actually work.  I did not try the phone number.
