After Reading about how Warehouse One IN Crossville TN Ripped off someone else, I decided to also file a Report.
I Have purchased A few truckloads from them. They Used to be a Great Company, One of the Best in the Business before this Amy!
She Sold Me 40 pallets for $8900.00 of Shelf Pull Merchandise. (These products were in their warehouse in TN)
Told Me it Was heavy in Clothing and there was some HBA (health and beauty aids)
When I rec'd it, It was 26 pallets of Easter Grass and 14 Pallets of clothing, When I called and Told them about it and send pictures, Amy Pretty much at first said I was lying, and then later told me she had in fact told me before I purchased it that It was heavy in Easter Grass.
Anyway, After some time of asking for the owner which would never call me back, I dropped it and moved on to the next load, I am an honest wholesaler and ended up selling the grass for $3,000.00 and represented it as what it really was.
I eventually got over it and chalked it up to the wholesale business. (I had several arguments on the phone with this Amy) She always answers the phone)
I recently called there again, (they had some product I was interested In) deciding to give them another try. They actually refused to do business with me.
I wonder if the Owner really knows whats going on here, I wonder if he knows Amy deliberatly makes mistakes and then covers them up by hanging up on potential customers with 15000 dollars to spend. All I really wanted was for someone to own up the their mistake, I wasnt looking for freebies.
If She would of said Gee Im sorry, I really didnt see that load that close or something, They would have gotton over 40K in business from me in the last 3 months. Instead she accused me of lying, and taking multiple pics of the same pallet and then when that didnt work, resorted to another lie.
TO THE OWNER: AMY IS NOT DOING YOUR BUSINESS ANY GOOD. THE OLD AMY WAS SO MUCH BETTER, IF YOUR BUSINESS IS DOWN, SHE IS THE REASON. SHE MANS THE PHONE SO SHE CAN COVER UP WHAT SHES DOING, I WANT THE OLD WAREHOUSE ONE BACK THAT I COULD TRUST.

ALTHOUGH I STILL REGARD WAREHOUSE ONE AS ONE OF THE GOOD ONES IN THE BUSINESS, IF YOU ARE BUYING FROM THEIR WAREHOUSE. BUY THE PLANE TICKET OR DRIVE THERE.  THERE IS RISK IN THE WHOLESALE BUSINESS, BUT IF THE LOAD IS IN THEIR WAREHOUSE, THEY KNOW WHATS IN IT.

FIRST OF ALL, YOU NEVER GAVE ME ANYTHING FOR FREE, THERE WAS A TIME BACK IN 07-WHERE I WAS PROMISED A HALF TRUCKLOAD OF SEARS HARDWARE, ENDED UP WITH TONS OF BROKEN CERAMICS AND TOILOTS, YOU ONLY REPLACED HALF MY LOAD, AND AFTER SEARS AGREED I WAS SENT THE WRONG LOAD, AND I HAD TO PURCHASE MORE TO GET A PARTIAL REPLACEMENT-WANT ME TO POST THE PICS, SECOND, THE JC PENNY LOAD WAS MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT YOU STATE I PAID FOR IT, MAYBE THAT WAS YOUR COST BUT IT SURE WAS NOT MINE...  AND THIRD, IF YOU DONT BELIEVE I REC'D THAT MUCH EASTER GO ON LIQUIDATION.COM AND SEE THAT 15 PALLETS (DOUBLE STACKED) WERE SOLD FOR JUST $2005.00 BEFORE THEIR 15% COMISSION, THE REST I SOLD TO SOME ONE LOCALLY FOR $1000 TO MAKE EASTER BASKETS WITH.   AS FOR ME BEING A "BAD" CUSTOMER.  I NOW MOVE A TRUCKLOAD A MONTH, HAVE BETTER AND MORE DIRECT CONNECTIONS AND DROP SHIP FOR COMPANIES LARGER THAN YOU, SEEMS AS IF THE ONLY THING HOLDING ME BACK, WAS BUYING DIRECTLY OUT OF YOUR WAREHOUSE!!!  AND YES YOU USED TO BE MY FAVORITE COMPANY TO BUY FROM, AND WHEN OUR CONNECTION WAS SEVERED, I WAS VERY SCARED AS TO WHERE I WOULD GET PRODUCT FROM. AS FROM EXPERIENCE, YOU STILL SURE ARENT THE WORST! THIS IS A RISKY BUSINESS TO START WITH, BUT YOUR NASTINESS MAKES IT EVEN SCARIER!  YOU SHOULD NEVER HANG UP ON A CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU RECOGNIZE THEIR VOICE, BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THE FACT THAT YOU MIS REPRESENTED YOUR PRODUCT. IT WAS WRONG, AND I THINK YOU KNOW IT, I GAVE UP PRETTY QUICK ON ARGUING THIS, AND YES I ONLY ASKED FOR A SMALL REPLACEMENT AMOUNT BECAUSE I WAS SCARED TO ASK FOR TOO MUCH, ALSO IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A KMART LOAD, THE EASTER STUFF SD WAL-MART ALL OVER IT SO IM SURE YOU KNEW WHAT IT WAS, YOU UNLOADED ON ME BECAUSE "YOU SAID IT" I DIDNT BUY ENOUGH!!!  THANKS

ADVICE TO ANYONE BUYING WHOLESALE: TAKE THE TRIP, GO DOWN TO THE WAREHOUSE. PICK YOUR PALLETS. EXPECT YOU WONT LIKE ANYTHING, ON RETURNS LOTS, EXPECT 40-50% BREAKAGE NO MATTER WHAT YOU ARE TOLD BY THE SALESMAN, AND MOST OF ALL, MAKE SURE IT SAYS ON YOUR INVOICE WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. KNOW AND EXPECT YOU COULD GET A BAD LOAD.

When you called & placed the order with Warehouse One LLC in Crossville TN...Yes you were told that on MOS you would receive seasonal items, & we never tell customers that they will be HBA on these loads, you were told exactly what you would get & was told in front of other co-workers because of previous transactions that we have had with you, & yes you were told about everything including the Easter related items, told several times to make sure you understood. The reason why the owner never called you back, was he as well as everyone else at Warehouse One LLC knew what you received on your load; and on this load there was 4 pallets of Easter. You handled the freight yourself & the load picked up on June 28th 2010, Warehouse One LLC has copies of every email that you have sent including the pictures of this load that you are complaining about first email dated July 07 2010 at 12:37AM, you stated you got 23 pallets of Easter grass & 3 pallets of apparel & a few pallets of misc items, your invoice shows you purchased 38 pallets and paid $8,500 that would mean you got 12 pallets of misc items, your pallet counts didnt add up in that email. The next email was on July 07 2010 at 12:27PM, (same day later time) you stated then you got 24 pallets Easter Grass, 5 pallets clothing, 2 pallets large items, 3 pallets thermal & cold weather related items, & 4 pallets of misc items..that adds to 38. The names that you list as references you say that you sent to us have never bought from us nor have we ever heard of the names before they probably dont exist.

Then you requested that we give you 6 pallets of something decent to make up the difference, if I got 24 pallets of Easter, I wouldnt be requesting for 6 pallets of merchandise to make up the difference, On September 9, 2010 (month later) you sent another email stating that you have been buying from us since 2007 I pulled your folder & yes you have been buying from us since 2007, to be exact 9-13-07 you spent $3,637 for 24 pallets of Sears direct from the distribution center in OH, that you complained about & we sent you 12 pallets free of charge because it was your first time buying, on 9-27-07 spent $840, on 11-1-07 spent $2,760 for a total of $7,237 for the entire year. On 4-30-08 you bought a JCP load at $4,513 that was all for the year, and did not purchase one thing in 2009. On 6-25-10 you bought this load at $8,500 that you are complaining about now. Total for you since 2007 till now would be $20,250. Then in another email you stated that you got into a argument with another employee over the phone that was not Amy, and stated that the employee was the one whom sold you the load, THE GOOD PART, you also stated in the email you SOLD 24 pallets of Easter merchandise at $1,700. (Not $3,000) & that we are your favorite place to buy from (you must not buy much merchandise to know what wholesale merchandise is 9-13-07 to 6-25-10 you bought 5 times), then ask that if we can have a HONEST buying relationship to contact you, we never contacted you because other wholesalers in this business have had the same problems with you, so 9 months later you call here wanting the same type of load, never giving us your name but we would never forget the voice, & when you were told that we would have to speak to the owner about doing any business with you & the owner chose not to, you then want to cry about it, saying you was willing to spend $15,000 (if your load was so bad why would you want to do business with us again),It doesnt matter how much money you are willing to spend, some customers just arent worth doing business with.

And YES Amy does always answer the phone THATS HER JOB! Amy is one of the top salesmen at Warehouse One LLC, she watches for customers like you who try to take advantage of the business, thats why we have been in business for 16 years & yes you are welcome to our warehouse to see our merchandise anytime Monday - Friday 8-4:30 central, Amy or any other Sales person will be glad to assist you & answer any & all questions you may have.
We can be reached by Phone (931)788-1011 or by email sales@warehouseone.net
