I placed an order for Belkin Backup units back in March. Four days later, Wares Direct emailed me letting me know that they no longer had them available. They offered a different brand but they were not compatible with my computers.

I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money (and yes, they charged my card before they even shipped the items). Two months later, I'm still fighting with them for a refund. I've emailed and called their so called customer service department and never received the refund.

Finally, 2 days ago, I received my refund with $8.12 missing. They claim it was a sellers fee that Paypal charged me. Now, I'm having to fight with Paypal to get the sellers fee back.

DO NOT buy anything from Wares Direct. They seem to run this company by the seats of their pants and have no idea what "Customer Service" is all about. The ironic thing is that on their web site there is a quote from their CEO stating that she can't sleep at night if their customers are not happy. YEAH RIGHT !!!
