Warn Industries Sold Defective Product Clackamas Oregon
Bought a brand new ZEON 12S winch and it was dead on arrival. A weld broke and the brake did not engage. Contacted warn through the authorized dealer to seek a replacement and they would not do it. Warn says I must wait three weeks for a part on their faulty product. Buyer Beware!
