WARNING - THE WARNER BROS. STUDIO TOUR GUIDE PROGRAM IS A SCAM. IT PREYS ON THE LOWER CLASS, EXPLOITS THEM, HARASSES EMPLOYEES AND COVERS IT UP WITH THE HELP OF THE OPEIU UNION - LOCAL 174.

ANN SARNOFF, C.E.O, HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON AND STILL DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN A PAYCHECK. THE "PROGRAM" PAYS YOU LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE AND USES THE UNION TO HELP EXPLOIT WORKERS.

INSTEAD OF KNOWING HOW TO SCHEDULE TOUR GUIDES BY USING THE THE PEOPLE THEY ALREADY HAVE, THEY EXPLOIT PEOPLE WITH A CATTLE CALL CLAIMING THAT IT IS A SEASONAL JOB WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW WITHIN THE COMPANY, THIS IS A LIE.

MEANWHILE DOZENS OF TOUR GUIDES ARE SCREWING AROUND IN THE BREAK ROOM FOR OVER 45 MINUTES DOING NOTHING ON THEIR EXCESSIVE DOWN TIME. IT IS ONLY INTENDED TO USE PREDATORY CAPITALISTIC TECHNIQUES IN ORDER TO USE THE WORK FORCE IN WHATEVER WAY THEY CAN. MANAGERS WILL ALSO HARASS YOU AND USE HR AND OPEIU TO COVER IT UP.

THERE IS NO EQUAL OPPORTUNITY. ANN SARNOFF - THIS IS A PUBLIC LETTER ON BEHALF OF YOUR EMPLOYEES - WE ARE ANGRY FOR YOUR "BUSINESS ETHICS" OR LACK THEREOF AND MISLEADING "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY" BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY.

YOUR MANAGERS HAVE MANIPULATED AND HARASSED TOUR GUIDES. YOU KNEW THIS WAS GOING ON SINCE DAY ONE AND DID NOTHING - SHAME ON YOU! YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM AS YOU HELP DESTROY LIVES AND COST PEOPLE THEIR JOBS AND CAREERS. YOU PRETEND TO BELIEVE THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.

THE FACE THAT YOU ALLOW DAVEY TO GO AROUND TELLING PEOPLE HAPPY NEW YEAR ON THE DAY WE FIND OUT THAT WE ARE OUT OF A JOB IS BEYOND PATHETIC. YOU ARE PATHETIC. YOU ARE A CRIMINAL. YOU ARE A COWARD WHO HIDES BEHIND HER POSTION OF POWER AND CLAIM THAT THIS IS ACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES WHEN IT IS NOT.

THESE ARE PEOPLES LIVES YET YOU CHEW PEOPLE UP AND SPIT THEM OUT SO YOU CAN MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK! SHAME! SOCIOPATHS LIKE YOU ARE WHY THIS INDUSTRY, ESPECIALLY YOUR STUDIO, HAS A POOR REPUTATION. WELCOME TO YOUR LEGACY ANN SARNOFF!

After reporting the harassment incidents to Shelly Kunz at HR, the HR department participated in slander and defamation of character by creating a band wagon fallacy by contacting other recruiters to no longer associate with any whistleblowers that report harassment.

Specifically, Jasmine Yen, Kelly Chapek and Akoni Viray. It's funny how management makes misleading statements that there is "growth within the company," when there isn't but would rather verbally reprimand, harass, and chastise any employee that attempts to apply themselves. But that's why Warner Bros. Tour Guide department hides behind the Local 174 OPEIU to do their dirty work.

This program is a Danger to a person's career and lifestyle as they potential bankrupt their own employees for profit. Let's all thank "Jim" for his asinine comments to destroy the lives of human beings and for exacerbating the misconduct of the Warner Bros. Studio Operations department. You've been warned TOUR GUIDES!

Little "Jim" likes to be part of the problem, Warner Bros. Studio Tour Scam

Little Jim who wants to write a rebuttal pretending that the Warner Bros. Tour Guide position is worth defending. What a joke... There are multiple people writing poor reviews online on sites like glassdoor about this department for the same reason dating back to 2011 so I'm pretty sure it's not a coincidence little "Jim."

Current employees have already expressed their distain for the program who were kept on so it's not like it's just one person little "Jim." It's sad to know that the current employees are too intimidated by people like you and other managers, executives at Warner Bros. out of fear of losing what little they have not to mention, including the nostalgia of hoping to work in a creative atmosphere for a film studio.

Executives and managers prey on their employees, enough said. Also, there is no possible way you don't work for the company and just happened to stumble on this report since only a hand full of people even knew about this site and the review.

What, you just happened to find this article on the same week it was published and most major news outlets including, OSHA, and the National Labor Relations Board were investigating the harassment complaint about the managers? Interesting timing little "Jim." Let me guess, PR or cog in the wheel? Your defense for this department is sad and would rather help promote the harassment and exploitation instead of fixing the problem.

Face it pal, you help cover up the truth about this department by claiming that just because it's a "seasonal job" is supposed to excuse the real problem. You hide behind this company like a pawn to excuse their actions and their labor violations. The department deliberately misleads the employees by pretending to say there's an equal opportunity, there isn't. People are already coming forward little "Jim." You remind me of the rest of the predators that condone victim shamming creep.

No one writes in all caps - poor form.  There are also several areas of your complaint that make no sense in their current form, especially the part where you say:  THAT IT IS A SEASONAL JOB WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO GROW WITHIN THE COMPANY, THIS IS A LIE.

Actually, it is not a lie.  It represents two distinctly different thoughts within the same sentence.  Seasonal jobs do not lead to immediate opportunities within the company, unless you like to work each season.  Tour guides to studios often lead to potential jobs in the movie industry, not to being a tour guide for life.

MEANWHILE DOZENS OF TOUR GUIDES ARE SCREWING AROUND IN THE BREAK ROOM FOR OVER 45 MINUTES DOING NOTHING ON THEIR EXCESSIVE DOWN TIME.  This is none of your business - if the employees have significant downtime for which they are either paid or on a lunch break is not your concern.  That would be the concern of the studio.

IT IS ONLY INTENDED TO USE PREDATORY CAPITALISTIC TECHNIQUES IN ORDER TO USE THE WORK FORCE IN WHATEVER WAY THEY CAN.  Predatory Capitalistic techniques?  Moron.  Perhaps you should go to a Socialist country like Venezuela or Cuba.  See how policies are working out for people there.  Hilarious.

WE ARE ANGRY FOR YOUR "BUSINESS ETHICS" OR LACK THEREOF AND MISLEADING "EQUAL OPPORTUNITY" BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY.  You were hired as a seasonal employee.  Enough said.

THE FACE THAT YOU ALLOW DAVEY TO GO AROUND TELLING PEOPLE HAPPY NEW YEAR ON THE DAY WE FIND OUT THAT WE ARE OUT OF A JOB IS BEYOND PATHETIC.  You were hired as a seasonal employee.  Enough said.  You were never going to be considered for a permanent position.  New Years is end of season.

I did know someone I went to school with who started seasonally as a tour guide for WB.  Wanted to get into the business.  Worked every season for 3 years and then was placed in a permanent position.  Eventually, he became a manager and eventually left to work in front of the camera.

Today, he works behind the scenes as a producer after being in front of the screen for a few movies in the 1990's.  It is a difficult business and most people don't succeed at it.  The fact you were seasonal and complain about it...only tells me you should not be in the industry - period and end of story.

No, I do not work there either.
