they offer on a tv ad a 30 day supply free. we called the lady tried to push a sale for a years supply, we said no, tried for a yr at half price, we said no. they offered 6 months for less then half the price, we said no. finally we said either we take the free sample and pay for shipping, and if and when we decide we want more we will call for more, or no deal. lady said ok, took card number, apologized and said sample is on it's way, and that is it.
come to find out in the paperwork it says they are gonna charge you regardless. had the lady disclosed this on phone we would have never ordered. and they fail to admit it or refund my money for something i haven't even recieved! the corporate number is bogus 913-985-####, also 513-984-####,619-222-####,619-204-####.

I'm quite confused after reading all the comments post by ex and current employees.. What I find really interesting is I was with the company for quite a long time.. but no one ever made me stay there.. if you hate it so much.. find a new job.. it's not as hard as your making it out to be.. I do agree with the facts.. our pay was changed quite a bit.. I personally went through about 8 pay changes.. but those changes never really hurt my income.. with less pay came more advertising equaling more commission.. everything always equaled out.. everyone can sit here and say their "conscience" gets to them when their on the phone.. but your the same people I sat by day in and day out who were counting up your orders to see how much $ you made.. so quit acting like you work or worked for such a horrible company, becuase it's in your hands (if you were a sales rep) on whether or not people were getting screwed.. every phone call i took.. i told people the procedures.. if you didn't.. you screwed people.. that was/is your choice..

found the so called president of the company steve warshak is his name. i called him at home many times to resolve this, finally steve calls me threatening me on phone "i'll fly out to pa now so we can handle this like men what is your address" and "do you think i am that dumb to not have an atty. go over this to protect me" implying that what steve warshak's company did to people was ok and he would not pay any consequences for his actions. WHAT A JOKE! however the B.B.B. HAS GOTTEN MONEY BACK! steve did not volunteer it, they forced him.
EMPLOYEE UPDATE how could you work for a company you know is ripping people off,(THE COMPANY PAYS AN EMPLOYEE, HELLO PEOPLE WHERE DID YOUR PAYCHECK COME FROM, THE MONEY RIPPED OFF FROM US CONSUMERS), and then decline info, and wonder why the consumers are upset. chad

We are not allowed to give out corperate information. We can not give out names of owners or anything. If you check the cincinnati BBB website, you can get more accurate corperate information.
That is to say if it does not change. They are owned by the same person that owns lifekey, warner/wagner, wagner neutracuticals (see they even make up names :) )
