Warner Health Care, Inc. Avlimil credit card rip off Cincinnati Ohio
I called the toll-free number to request the free sample of Avlimil. I gave them a credit card number to pay the approx. $4.50 shipping. (Stupid on my part.) The operator explained that they could set me to to charge the account $35 a month for continued supplements. I said "no."
I only wanted to try the free sample. Yesterday, I received another set of pills and -- surprise--they charged my account $35. I called to complain. "Kisha" explained that "Bruce" (original phone con man) told me I was to call a toll-free number after I received my free sample in order to cancel the subscription. I told her that was not what I was told--and furthermore, there was nothing in the sample box other than the pills. No note with a phone number to call.
So Kisha told me "the complaint has been noted on my account." I asked what that meant and she repeated the same words. I told her I wanted that charge removed and she said "the complaint has been noted on my account." This is plain fraud and con-artistry of the 21st century.
