Warner Health Care ripoff took $109.50 instead of $4.50 from my checking account. Cincinnati Ohio
I ordered the "FREE" sample of Avlimil and authorized the $4.50 to be taken out of my checking account. I printed my reciept. I went to the bank a few days later and my checking account balance was down $109.50.
When I got home I checked account and found that Warner Health had charged me for an extra 5 months supply of Avlimil. I called the company immediately and was told it was a computer glitch by someone named Shannon. She gave me a fax number for the recovery department, I went to my bank and they faxed my receipt to Warner Health Care.
A week later I received the product in the mail and took out the "FREE" month supply. I wrote "Return to Sender" on the package and put it in the mail box on November 21st. I was at home when the mail man picked up the package. I have called twice since then and they still have not refunded my money.
Today I found a web site. Cuppa Tea. There is someone on there that said they work/sorked for the company and that someone named Mr. Warshak has ordered that no more credits be given until further notice. I have no idea how true this statement is but thought it might be something worth looking into.
