Complaint Review: Warner Health Care

Warner Health Care ripoff took money out of my account and I did not receive the product Cincinnati Ohio

When I ordered avilmil and rovicid in December of 2003, I was told that I had until a dateline to contact them to cancel. Well unfortunately I did forget. So I did cancel online and at that time had not received the avilmil or rovicid.

My bank account showed where Warner Health got their money though, 35.00 for the avilmil and 70.50 for the rovicid. A few days later I did receive the avilmil but not the rovicid(the first time I recieved the avilmil and rovicid together).

After I had cancelled my order I called Warner Health Care and said I wanted the 70.50 credited back to my account and that I had not received the rovicid. They said that they did not have a record of them taking my 70.50 out of my account. I would have to send them a bank statement so they could see where it was taking out of my account.

I called my bank and they said that they would dispute this matter with Warner Health Care. When I called Warner Health Care back they said this time they saw where they had taken the money out and that the rovicid was shipped out the same day as the avilmil.

I still have not received the rovicid but I did cancel my check card that they have a record of and I am getting a new check card with a new number. I had mention to Warner Health Care about the horror stories that other customers had went through and I was told by them that those customers had been taken care of, is this true? I would like to know as I am still waiting on my last shipment.
