On December 6, 2003, I order the free sample of Avlimil via internet and used my checking account debit card. I received the product; however, three weeks later, which was December 28, 2003, I found that Warner Healthcare, Cincinnati charged my checking account twice for $5.00 and $30.00. I immediatelly contacted my bank and spoke to Mary.

I asked her what that charge was for and who was Warner Healthcare, she advised me that she did not know and that there was no transaction number, but there was a telephone number (888-436-5101). Mary also stated that the charges were made at 9:51am and 10:05 am eastern standard time. Since I live in the pacific time zone I was asleep during that time. At no time did I authorized this company to take money out of my checking account except for the $4.50 back on 12/6/03.

I advised my bank that I did not authorized those two transaction and wanted the payments stopped. Unfortunately, I must wait until they post and file a dispute so the company will not get paid. I intend on doing this first thing in the morning (12/29/03) when my bank opens.

It applalls me that a company would use deceitful measures to make a profit. I intend on filing a complaint with the attorney generals office in Cincinnati, Ohio and expect a full scale investigation into this company's business practices.

Ladies do not and I repeat do not order anything from Warner Healthcare, Cincinnati. They will certainly defraud your account without your knowledge. The only reason I found out is because I used a debit card with a visa logo and not a credit card. Just think how long it would have taken me to find out that my account had been frauded if I used my credit card.

Beware!!!!
