I ordered a trial offer of Avlimil and was automatically enrolled in the auto-shipment option. After taking this medication for 4 months, I decided that it was totally ineffective and called customer service about the 100% money back guarantee. I was informed that in order to get back my money, I needed to purchase a full 12 months of the product. They advised me to continue purchasing the product for another 8 month, then call back. I was leary, but I had the representatives name and number and the paperwork supporting her recommendation.

After the 8 months were up, I called again, and spoke to another representative, who informed me that the policy had changed and that I had to purchase the product for another four months in order to meet the money back guarantee. At this point, I was very suspicious, but felt that I would lose all $ unless I followed the new policy.

Af the end of the next four months, I called again. The new representative told me that both prior customer services reps had "misinformed" me and that I would need to purchase product for an additional 9 months in order to get a full refund!!

I was furious and demanded to talk to his supervisor. He would not transfer me. I explained that I had made decisions about my $ based upon the adivice of their cust. service dept. I demanded that they be accountable for their original policy and return all my $. It didn't happen. I immediately cancelled everything. I was told that I would receive 5 months product refund on my credit card, quoting some ridiculous policy I never heard of in any prior conversation. Now, I'm waiting to see if the refund shows up on my statement.

This has been the biggest rip-off I've ever experienced. This company is deliberately taking money under false pretenses and needs to be stopped and held accountable! Any advice from folks having similar experiences, please let me know how you have handled this. Do not order AVLIMIL!
