I saw another rip-off report about Warner Healthcare, for Avlimil. I too saw the commercial and thought "why not?". When I ordered the merchandise for the free trial, they went into their "Mangaged Care" spiel. I said I wasn't interested in it. The girl taking my credit card for shipping didn't say that I would receive anything after the free trial.

When I checked my credit card statement on-line, I saw the $35 charge. I immediately disputed it with my credit card company and called Avlimil. They told me I would be put on the "call back" list for a manager to call me, that was 3 weeks ago, I guess they are really busy since I've never gotten a call back.

My credit card company contacted them and they said they never received the returned, unused merchandise. I sent it back to them as "return to sender" as they instructed me to do. My dispute was then closed by my credit card company. I have re-opened it again with them and AGAIN I am on the "call back" list for a manager from Warner Healthcare to call me. Funny, the last time no manager was in, they were at lunch. The same thing this time and it was 7pm when I called. I think they are taking the returned merchandise and re-sending it to other unsuspecting people and charging them for it. No proof of it, just a thought.

I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against this company. It may only be $35, but it was unauthorized and apparantly I am not the only one that this is happening to.
