Complaint Review: Warner Healthcare

After seeing a commercial for a free trial pack of avlimil I called to order. When the salesperson asked if I would like to contine receiving the product on a monthly basis at the regular rate I said I was not interested.

To my dismay I have recieved one more shipment which has been unopened. And without my authorization two charges of $30.00 and $35.00 have been deducted from my checking account. These unauthorized charges have resulted in bounced checks and ISF fees.

I called the company and was told by the salesperson all she could do is cancel my "subscripion" but could'nt do anything to reimburse the money taken from my account

I'm still waiting for a manager to call me. Good thing I'm not holding my breath. I filed a report with the Cincinatti OH Better Business Bureau. They have had MANY calls on this SCAM.

The BBB said people that file a complaint with them are getting a refund. So don't waste your last nerve fighting on the phone with Warner Healthcare just call the BBB
