Warning About Trey Manley / TreyMann Events and His Business Practices VIOLENT PERSON Houston Texas
All Event Space owners, let us alert you about Trey Manley, owner of Trey Man Events. He has demonstrated dishonest and troubling behavior. Despite claiming to have insurance, the policy he provided was expired by the time he shared it with us, and it was intended for an event two weeks later (see attached). The audience he promotes is too risky to host events, even with insurance.
This venue has a history of repeat renters, but we had to refuse further business with Manley due to his unethical practices and disrespectful behavior. As we prepared to refund his $400 deposit, he resorted to threats of violence and malicious claims against our event venue. In response, we sent him a certified demand letter and plan to pursue legal action to prevent further defamation.
We chose to stand firm against his threats rather than give in, as we do not want to reward such behavior. Please be cautious and avoid doing business with him to prevent similar issues.
