On or about Sept,2014 I did an internet search for a pick up bed. On 9-18-14 Anthony of Warr's Wrecking sent me an e-mail informing me he had located a bed for me. I then called Warr's wrecking about the bed. I gave Anthony the paint code etc. Anthony said it was an as new bed complete with tail gate, spray in bed liner , tail lights etc. All I had to do is remove my old bed and install new bed and plug in lights. After several hours of thinking about it I called Anthony and said although $2,850 was a lot of money I would go ahead with the deal because it was basicly a new bed I was getting. Anthony informed me that he would only take a bank check, no credit cards. My forst mistake. He went on to describe how the process would work. Packing shipping etc. He told me that should the bed arrive with any damage to accept the shipment and he would have any repairs required made. Less expensive that shipping bed back and forth. My second warning that I ignored.

Bed would be shipped in a week or two. On 103-14 I received an e-mail informing me bed was in transet. This after several phone calls from me looking for bed.

When bed arrived it had several dents and dings on it. I accepted shipment per Anthony's instructions. I sent him pictures of damage. Told damage looked like pre existing damage as most dents and dings were circled in white marker. there was also some writing on bed that apeared to summarize damage. Bed also did not have the spray in bed liner as told it would . It had a plastic bed insert liner. Damage is broken tail light, dented and dinged bed and tail gate.

I called Anthony and explained everything, sent him pictures of damage. After several phone calls to Anthony he sent me an e-mai on 11-5-14  informing me ha had filed an insurance claim " and will have the bed fixed for you". Now after many many phone calls I am still waiting for my refund.

Here it is 3-12-15 , 6 months after I started dealing with Warr's Wrecking and I still don't have the bed on my truck and am waiting for funds to cover repairs and a spray in bed liner. As reported by others Anthony is a liar, cheat and scondrel that should not be allowed to remain in business. I would not reccoment anyone do business with Warrr's wrecking.

WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH BONEYARD ENTERPRISES CORP.

On Sept. 5th 2014 Warr's Auto Wrecking received an email from Bob H. asking for a 2003 Dodge Ramcharger short boxpickup bed , and we quoted him $2850.00 with shipping included. On Sept. 11th 2014 we received a call  from Bob H.asking if we had the correct color, and we explained to him we do not GUARANTEE color  unless we have the paint code. We alao explained that this bed is used bed and may have a bed liner in it but if it doesn't have one he wasn't buying the sprayliner anyway. On Sept. 15th we recieved a check from Bob H. for $2850.00 for the bed and gave Bob H. call to inform him we received him check and the bed bed would ship when his check clears. Check cleared on Sept. 19th and we started packaging Bob H.'s bed.

On Oct.30th Bob H. call and said he received the bed and it was damaged, We asked him to send us pictures. He explained that there were parking lot ding and a dent. We explained to him that park lot ding are normal because this is a used bed , and as our warranty and purchase agreement state that you are buying used parts and there will be flaws on all parts. We asked Bob H. for a repair quote to fix the dents and tail light. As of today March 13th we still have not received this quote.

Our Warranty and Purchase also state:

5. The seller is not responsible and/or liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages which may have occurred in transit. Though we do insure all shipment as a courtesy to our customers.  The shipping cost is deducted from the insured amount ( so if you order a truck bed for $2850.00 and the shipping cost  is $1000.00 you are only covered for $1850.00 minus the deductible.) Standard deductible is $500.00 . In the event that a claim is made due to damage done in shipping we need you to send us a repair quote. Repairs can not exceed original purchase price minus shipping cost.

8. All sheet metal and body parts are sold in as-is condition. Examples include but not limited to hoods, doors, clips (nose), fenders, beds, tailgates etc. No claims can be made on body parts or trim packages. THERE IS NO  WARRANTY OR RETURN ON THESE PARTS.WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COLORS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CLAIMS MADE ON COLOR. WE DO NOT SELL COLOR WE QUALITY USED PARTS. WE SELL USED PARTS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DEALERSHIP QUALITY BUY THE PARTS FROM THE DEALERSHIP. ALL SHEET METAL PARTS HAVE SOME KIND OF FLAW. All sun visors, fuel doors and door handles are sold in as-is condition. All parts with a cost of $85.00 or less are sold in as-is condition. NO REFUNDS ON THESE PARTS.

As far as the sprayin liner we did not that to him. That is done after you buy the truck.

As far as a refund concerened Bob H. 3 oppitions:

1) Send the repair quote.

2) Send the bed back to us in the same condition he received it , at his expense, and we will give him a refund minus the shipping to him and 25% restock fee as per our purchase agreement and warranty.

3) We will have bed picked up and return to us. Refund would be minus shippin in both directions and 25% restock fee fee as per our purchase agreement and warranty.

Thank you for your time in this matter.

It is interesting that several others have filed a very similar complaint .

1. this is the first time mention of a quote has been made.

2 Damage is not one ding it is at least 12 dents. 4 dents are imeadiatly above the wheel wells where it sure looks like someone used hooks or something to pick uo the bed off of the donor truck frame. $ dents, two on each side about 12 " apart. Big dend in fender well and several dents and scrapes on bed ad bent tailgarte in the corner. Again writing on tailgate seems to summarize damage.

3 I understand spray in liner is applied after new truck sale. However, one of my deciding factors in buying the bed is Anthony told me it had a spray in liner. I factored this into the price I was paying for the bed.

4 Anthomy did say bed was almost new, basicly a take off .

5 I did give Anthony the color code which by the way is correct and does matc\h my truck.

6 The estimate to repair is $800.00 this include removal of dents and a re-spray.

7 Bed liner spray is $400.00

9 Tail light is $85

10 I have not got a price for the plugs that were cut off.

Again, all damage was done prior to shipping.

I have had at least 6 people look at the bed and they all agree it is in pretty tough shape.

Shipping it back is not a good option as I would be out about $1500 from what I think Anthony is stating and end up ith nothing. It would be more cost effective to have bed repaitred.

Most importantly I doubt I would ever see anr refund from Anthony as he has proven to be un-trustworthy.
