Complaint Review: Warr's Auto Wrecking

Do NOT buy from this business. In late October 2014 they quoted me a complete bed assembly for my Super Duty with

a tailgate and tail lights via e-mail. When I called to order, I was told that I would receive a bed that matched my truck's

color, and that it would be excellent condition. In early December I finally received a bed, but it was in rough condition and

very much the wrong color. It was also missing the tailgate, and the tail lights were broken.

I called to complain, and was asked to e-mail pictures of the damage. When I called to confirm that they had received the

pictures, they asked me to send them a body shop repair estimate. I was then told that a claim would be filed, and that they

would send me a tailgate and a check for the repairs. I called several times and was assured that a claim was being

processed. I finally gave up and had the bed repaired and painted at my expense in late January 2015. I called again in

early February, and was told that a check was "in the mail". I still haven't received a check or a tailgate, and they aren't

answering e-mails. Now I know why they wouldn't accept a credit card for payment!!!!
