Complaint Review: Warranty Activation Headquarters

Warranty Activation Headquarters Called to let them know that I did not have the Grand Marquis. Traded it for a Milan St Louis Missouri

I receive a notice that my 2004 Grand Marquis warranty had expired. To call immediately to protect your car. I called and told the man that we no longer had the Marquis, traded it in for a Milan in 2006. I asked if this was a Ford Motor Co. progam for Warranty. He said do you want to cover the Milan? I asked again if this was a Ford Motor Co.program and he said do you want to get coverage for the Milan,I said I asked you a question and he said I asked you first. I asked him to answer my question and he said answer Mine I asked you first. He answered my quesstion by ignoring it.

The letter stated it was a $600.00 value. I need to give my current mileage, VIn number and ID#
