After getting a mail solicitation, I called them at their 800 number and they sounded legit.Two weeks later I had a claim. Only then did they tell me that there "was a 90 waiting period."

After going to the Internet I discover that they have had a bad reputation from BBB as well as Rip Off.I decided to cancel my policy. Have not heard from them since.

Yes, they charged my credit card immediately. They are not quite so prompt in making a credit.
