I purchased their plan over a year ago, I was happy as their premium was way better than any other companies of similar profile. I thought I got a deal! Yet... it was a bit suspicios. They told me that in case I wanted to cancel the policy - they would give me the prorated amount of unused premium back. Well, after not fixing number of different problems with the car over the past year and a half (yeah, it is supposed to be bumper to bumper), I got frustrated and wanted to cancel, guess what - not only they said they would keep the used premium (that I think is ok and fair), they also substracted whatever amount they had covered in claims AND also charged me some administrative fees for cancellation, AND raised their voice made me look stupid because I did not read the cancellation part of the policy (that is ) that they send AFTER you sign up for the plan, only because I believe what I was told by the broker over the phone (that I would get back all the unused premium), who somehow "forgot" to mention all the deductions from the refund (claim expenses, adminisrative fees, etc.)... very frustrated and disappointed. Stay away, whatever is suspiciously cheap - usually is of a poor quality, that's the wisdom!
