Complaint Review: WARRANTY ACTIVATION HEADQUARTERS

I got a warranty on My 1998 Pontiac Transport For $1900.00 i thought all was good until my vehicle broke down and they stated that they thought it was caused from a conditionb from before so they werent paying it the repair shop that i took my van to looked at my warranty card and said we can try to claim but everytime we do they deny us... "we've tried for numerous other people and have been denied" when i prompted them to cancel my policy they stated that there was a cancellation fee and that they were going to prorate me for the time i had the warranty so they wont let you claim on the warranty but they get to keep your money..
