I purchased a warranty contract on my vehicle through this company. My contract specifically states that "we will pay for parts and associated labor to install these parts, associated fluids, filters and gaskets", however the company has refused to pay these charges. After much insistance on my part, the company has agreed to pay for less than half of the charges. Per the contract I received and paid for, all charges are covered under this warranty.

Agreed on settlement

Upon negotiations with Mr. Douglas Baymiller, Secretary and General Counsel at Warranty Corporation, we have agreed on a settlement which I find acceptable.

Warranty Corporation has agreed to promptly forward a check in the amount of $675.00 ($775.00 less my $100.00 deductible) toward my $858.54 repair invoice once I have redacted my complaints with any entities to whom I have contacted.

As stated previously, I find their offer acceptable and would like to rescind the derogatory comments I have made regarding Warranty Corporation's business practices, assuming my redeemable payment of $675.00 is received in a timely manner.

Warranty corporation - this also qualifies as mail fraud

I believe this also qualifies as mail fraud, as the offer was sent via us postal service.

I have also filed a claim with the postal service as well as the Attorney General's office
