Below is the letter I wrote to their company.
My name is David Flewelling and We have a major problem!
I purchased a 60 month extended warranty while my 50 inch, DLP television was still under manufacturer's warranty, through a company that original did some repairs on it, 6 months after the purchase!
I know need to have it serviced, but was told that my warranty was not worth the paper it was written on, due to the fact that I did not buy the extended warranty through Best Buy, which sold me the television originally!
I was informed of this morning at 9 AM, and was told to Fax all of my documents concerning this to your company, and Daniel would be back in touch with me! I have since called numerous times, but no one will allow me to speak with this person, and the last person I spoke with, about 3:50 PM, hung up on me!

In the mean time I called Paul's TV, the company that sold me the warranty, and was advised that they would look into the matter, and that this warranty was & should be valid for the duration of the contract, which is suppose to end in January of 2012!

I have also spoken with a representative of the Consumer Protection Agency, in Hartford Connecticut, and was informed that when I purchase a warranty of electronics, that are over a certain dollar amount, and still under manufacturer's warranty, that indeed they are and should be valid, whether or not I purchased it through the original seller of the product! So, someone either has committed outright Fraud, or has been grossly misinformed!
It is late Friday now, and I haven't anymore time today to deal with this issue. But please be well advised that this has only just begun! Monday morning I will make numerous phone calls concerning this, as well as to my Attorney! If someone is selling bogus warranties to a reputable company, through your corporation, then you are still at fault! This constitutes felony fraud! I hope you are aware of that, as I had a small conversation with my attorney. He doesn't really know exactly the specifics but he thinks that on the out set it looks like blatant misrepresentation, and from the way I was treated on the phone, and still have waited all day for a follow-up phone call, but have not received one, is a Big Red Flag to me!
Sincerely,

David just got screwed
