I purchased an extended warranty contract through Warranty Direct. I followed the contract to the letter with maintenance, claims filing, etc. Warranty Direct summarily denied my claim for 1 reason, but when my auto mechanic and I disputed Warranty Direct\'s findings Warranty Direct went on to another and then another. Warranty Direct reps told me there is an appeal process, but the decision is final, and usually never overturned. Warranty Direct basically couldn\'t be bothered with me once the claim was denied and just were silent on the phone, rushing me off the phone. It appears as if all Warranty Direct wants is the money($), but Warranty Direct never intends to pay for any repairs as they continue to cite 1 reason or another. And the customer cannot speak to the Warranty Direct representative. The only people available to the customer are help desk operators who don\'t know automotive mechanics and can\'t do anything to help at all in any way possible. Warranty Direct claim to have a cancellation policy, but Warranty Direct provides no way to address a cancellation. Warranty Direct also promised to pro-rate payments, but Warranty Direct doesn\'t easily refund payments. Warranty Direct is the most disreputable company I\'ve dealt with. Don\'t ever purchase an extended warranty contract through Warranty Direct. Warranty Direct never intend to help you with your car repair costs. Warranty Direct is a total and complete Sham!

Damage Resulting = My car is in the shop and not running. Warranty Direct is still trying to charge me for a bogus warranty. My son is upset. I\'m out the money paid in good faith to this bogus company, Warranty Direct. I have spent countless hours on the phone to no avail. Warranty Direct did not provide road side assistance. Warranty Direct would not allow me to obtain a rental car. Warranty Direct takes so long to send out inspectors and process paper work, but then Warranty Direct quickly denies the claim. It is so upsetting. I feel completely ripped off.
