I sent my IPAD to get the LCD screen fixed. When I received it back, the WIFI did not work. When I took it in to an Apple Authorized dealer, they stated that they did not use Apple products and used generic products. 

This is not acceptable, I paid good money for a warrenty. When I called about the WIFI, they treated me like I was an Idiot! And stated that that I should let it warm up to the router!!! 

Upon picking it up from the Apple Service Provider, they showed me where the WIFI ribbon was cut and the shorted out WIFI module. Also they showed me the difference of what an APPLE product are compared to the sub-standerd products that this company used to repair my unit. 

I will NEVER buy a warrenty from this company again. And have called Walmart to let them know what is going on.
