Warranty Nation Qteck sold me an extended auto warranty now I cannot locate to file a claim ripoff Scottsdale Arizona
About four years ago, I purchased an extended auto warranty from Warranty Nation Protective Services/Qteck.
I just recently tried to use it and found that the company does not exist. After checking them out on the internet, I have found that a great many people have had the same results.
Apparently they sold a great number of policies and then skipped out. What really upsets me is I checked with my local auto dealer before buying the policy and was told they would honor it. Now they say they have never heard of them.
Two of the principals of this company resides in Canada. Can I file charges against them in Canada?
