Warranty Service Center - Auto Warranty - Wayne Brown 2-3 calls a day advising my warranty is about to expire Phoenix Arizona

At least daily and even multipal times a day I will receive a call regarding the expiration of my auto warranty, and it is pre-recorded, I am asked to press 1 to talk to a representative or 2 to take my number off their list. Well today I got the farthest I have gotten, I talked with Eric who explained the warranty, and told me the price of the warranty $2905.00 that would cover until 2014 or 191,000 miles which ever came first. I asked him to fax me a copy of what was covered so we could go over the information and he put me on hold and I was transferred to Wayne Brown "Manager". I was told they could not fax information on the contract, it was against their policy. I asked him to only fax me the description of coverage that Eric had stated. He said he could direct me to their web site and I could read about it there, then he hung up on me.

I have tried the press 2 to have our number deleted from their call list and that hasn't worked, they continue to call. If I do receive any further calls and can talk with a person again I will try to see if they will give me their web site, then I will post it for others to see if this is the company that has been bugging them as well.
