Have received unsolicited phone calls from this company in the past. The calls start as a recording concerning "important information about your vehicle warranty." (I don't have any vehicle warranties.) Then you get the option to Press 1 to speak to an agent. Today I pressed 1. When the agent came on the line, I asked for their phone number so I could report them to the FTC for violation of Do Not Call registry. Agent then made VERY obscene remarks to me before I could hang up the phone.

I do not have caller ID so I do not have a number to report -- but in the past when they've called my cell phone, the number on the Caller ID researches as bogus.

Someone take these jerks out .... please .... I can handle the obscenity. But do not like the fact they are probably calling mothers ... aunts ... grandmothers around the country and scamming them or making obscene remarks.
