Warranty USA ripoff extended auto warranty consumer fraud ripoff Arvada Colorado
Shortly after purchasing a new truck extended warranty information arrived via postal service. After reviewing and speaking with the company by phone everything looked good and I signed up for the warranty service.
The payments were deducted monthly on a credit card for convenience and paid approximately $1200 for this service. On August 18,2002 I called for service as this was the first time our vehicle had trouble since its purchase and the phone # was no longer available.
When going online to try to contact the company today I located the consumer information listed about the fraud. I have contacted my credit card company to file dispute on the basis of fraudulent actions and misrepresentation of the company. Never have I been notified of any legal actions or other issues.
