I received a postcard in the mail for auto warranty. My account was drafted after I agreed to the terms and them I decided to opt out within a few days.

It was back on 7/01 and I have not received my credit back as of 6/02. when I call 1-800-441-6004 to dispute, it states to call back during normal business hrs, when I am calling during these hrs.

i had a total of 354.00 taken from my account. warranty usa has never contacted me. i cancelled within two of making the payment
