On 9/1/2002 I intered into a contract with WarrantyUSA to provide entended warranty on my 1998 Honda CIVIC for a period of 100,000 miles or untill 9/1/06 for which I payed $1173.00.

On8/26/02 My Honda broke down and would not start. I called the WarrantyUSA customer Service number to find out it was no longer a valled number. I tried there E-mail address and found it was no longer valid. I have subsequently found that the company has filled forchapter 11 bankruptcy,(case # 02-12318-rcj in the District of Nevada.

I put my trust in what I thought was a legitimate USA company to find out when I needed them that they were either a scam our an extramely mismanaged company. What happened to the good old days when you could trust your fellow americans?
