 These guys have had my Acer Iconia Tablet Computer 3 Times.  Each time they have not only not fixed the problem but have introduced new problems.  Thay even had the brass to send me my Tablet without a working product key to WIN 8.  When I complained about this they set the computer on Administrative Mode so it would at least display a screen, but not run any apps AND SENT IT BACK TO ME!  The last time I recieived it, it wasn't even packed securely and rattled around in the the box.  Not only that but the back had not even been put on.  What I was told was that after 3 attempts to fix the problem I would get a replacement.  Now they are saying that their incompetent service people must certify the machine is not working.  Avoid these guys at all costs.  I got my computer through the emachinesredeem site, but I suspect these same clowns also do the the service for liquidity services.  AVOID AT ALL COSTS
