I have received several emails from a Talent Manager by the name of Jonathan Barram, with "Warren & Baram Management" out of New York, NY. I have tried to research this Agency, but I have not had much luck. I did ask Jonathan Baram, "JB", for the company website address, and he stated that, they do not have a company website.

I was contacted via www.myspace.com, and I am concerned that this company might be illegitimate. I want to find out, beforehand, if this agency is, in fact, a reputable agency or a scam.

I thank you for your time & concern in this matter.

Jonathan Baram loses Federal Sex Trafficking case

#35UPDATE EX-employee responds

Mon, November 01, 2021

This disgusting 50 year old or so man lost his sex trafficking case and so did his fake company. He now has a 20 million (maybe more) judgement against him after pleading with Judge Ramos to let him off because he is broke, lives off his mommy and can't afford a lawyer. The Jane Doe who won her case says this guy raped her in a sloppy seconds after his associate Peter Nygard raped her.

Now the FBI has this pathetic little man on their radar. Am I the only person who smells an indictment coming? Hahaha. He deserves it. Now everybody knows the truth about Jonathan Baram including law enforcement. Dealing with him is like wearing a t-shirt that says "I support rapists" on the front and "Arrest me I am being watched by the Feds" on the back.

Sworn affidavit signed by Margarita Dominguez regarding the Blackmail of her nudge pics and proves the video of JB is a fake !

#35General Comment

Mon, November 04, 2019

I found this document online that proves that that YouTube video is fake. Margarita was blackmailed and brainwashed to do that video. She signed this affidavit that’s notarized in New York State acknowledging all that. Shr lied in video to avoid naked pictures from being released.

This is very understandable and she is deeply regretful. On a lighter note ! Check This cool interview mentioning Jonathan Baram and his clients in a Walt Disney film "Pirates of Caribeen” .

Disney only works with the best talent agents. LOS ANGELES — A Filipino-Puerto Rican-American actress, Daphne Joy, is one of the "all-natural beauties” selected to play mermaids in "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.” The blockbuster franchise’s producer, Jerry Bruckheimer, was quoted as saying, "I don’t think they had breast augmentation in the 1700s.

So it’s natural for casting Daphne, an Olongapo native who speaks Tagalog, confirmed in our recent e-mail interview: "The role required that the actresses be great swimmers and also surgery free— meaning, no breast implants!” Although she has previously appeared on TV shows and music videos, Daphne struggled with the first requirement.

Even with crash courses in swimming before the audition and a couple of weeks before she began filming her scenes, Daphne was called by the lifeguards who stood by on the set as "the mermaid who can’t swim.” My manager, Jonathan Baram, called me and said he had a great role for me. When he said it was a mermaid role, I was already sold.

Then when he told me it was for "Pirates of the Caribbean,” I was like, "Okay, we definitely have to book this!” He submitted my photos to the casting agency and I auditioned with about 50 girls at a pool in Los Angeles. It was the same audition day where I met my other fellow mermaid, Antoinette (Nikprelaj). What were the role requirements?

At first, I was hesitant to audition because I’m not actually very good in swimming. I had about a two-week notice before I found out they wanted to see me for the role. Within those two weeks, I practiced in the pool at my local gym and even hired a swimming coach. I was determined to land this role, or at least try. Can you describe your character?

I play one of the five principal mermaids, along with Gemma Ward, who plays Tamara. The mermaids play pivotal roles in the movie. Mermaids are always thought of as beautiful, desirable creatures of the sea. We possess those traits plus a "killer” streak that you have to wait and see! We have scenes with Sam Claflin and the other pirates.

What was it like to spend a lot of time in the water? As the other mermaids swam perfectly, I was the helpless one who trotted right behind them! I let everyone know I just started swimming lessons two weeks before filming.

The pool at Universal was always heated, but after a few hours we were freezing and asking for coffee and tea to warm us up. Can you talk about working with Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz? Four words: a dream come true! One day, after we finished rehearsal, the crew said that they wanted us to meet Johnny. He was a gentleman, funny, charming and handsome. He is iconic.

I briefly met Penelope and she was as breathtaking and striking in person as she is on camera. Do you have scenes with Michael Ilano Rosales and other actors of Filipino heritage who are also in the film? Unfortunately I didn’t have any scenes with Michael Rosales, but hopefully down the line, I will be able to work with him and other great Filipino actors in the future. Are you familiar with Dyesebel, a beloved Filipino comics mermaid character?

Yes, my lola watches The Filipino Channel every day and I have caught a few of those shows. They are very entertaining. Can you talk about your heritage? My father is Puerto Rican and my mother is from Olongapo.

My dad was a former marine and while he was stationed in the Philippines, he met my mother in Subic Bay. My mother wanted me to experience Filipino upbringing so we stayed in the Philippines with my grandmother and uncle until I was 8. I love Filipino food.

I grew up in very humble surroundings and feel very blessed with everything I have been experiencing thus far in the States and with my career. What Filipino values did your parents teach you while growing up? Respect elders, and family always comes first. Growing up in the Philippine is humbling. It made me appreciate everything that I have now and gives me a broader outlook in life. I’ve met some Filipino-Americans who can’t even enjoy our food.

I feel so blessed to have grown up knowing my culture and valuing my roots. Do you get to visit the Philippines? I haven’t been back since I was a little girl, but hopefully I can in the very near future! I have heard nothing but great things from friends who have visited recently. I miss it! What’s next for you?

I have been filming some independent movies, including one with Danny Trejo called "House of the Rising Sun.” I just finished filming "Freelancers” with Robert De Niro, 50 Cent and Forest Whitaker. The acting bug has definitely bit me and I’m going to keep living my dreams! E-mail the columnist at rvnepales_5585@yahoo.com.

That infamous Jew agent JB went to war with Playboy for Charging girls money to be in a magazine. He’s the only agent that stepped up against Playboy even though they had 20 year relationship personally with Hefner attached is the New York Post Page 6 interview Ladies find Jonathan !!

He can make you money The rapper allegedly doused Kendra Wilkinson with water during a recent video shoot in Los Angeles for Akon’s song "Smack That A**. According to published reports, Eminem came out of his trailer during the video shoot and threw water on Wilkinson, one of the Playboy mogul’s trio of girlfriends who are featured on the E!

Television reality series The Girls Next Door, which Hefner also executive produces.Wilkinson’s agent told The New York Post’s Page Six column that Eminem came out of his trailer, "threw water on her and was really disrespectful". "He flipped out on her", Wilkinson’s agent Jonathan Baram told Page Six. "She’s a tough girl. She didn’t take it, and they went at it, not physically but verbally".

Wilkinson claimed in the Page Six report that the incident was a joke and that she didn’t want any controversy between her and the platinum-selling rapper. A post on Wilkinson’s official Myspace.com site (myspace.com/kendrawilkinson) shortly after the incident but later removed, was widely circulated on the Internet and revealed more details on the incident.

"The reason for me doing the video wasn’t for the money, it was to make all my fans happy that I finally did a rap video", the 21-year-old Wilkinson wrote. "We all know how much I talk about how much I wanna be in one…right?" Wilkinson said she was accompanied by a friend to the video shoot, where she was greeted by R&B singer Akon.

After being greeted by the singer, Wilkinson wrote that she waited in a cafeteria for a number of hours (10) and was finally called in to do her shoot. "We start by doing some warm-ups and I was dancing my a** off (literally) [because] it was my time to shine in front of David Banner, Lil Zane, and a couple other rappers and 100s [hundreds] of people," Wilkinson continued.

"Everyone was loving my dancing and makin me feel good. Then Eminem walks in the room. "According to Wilkinson’s account, Eminem entered the room and was cordial. He allegedly said he was a fan of the "The Girls Next Door", and had even purchased a copy of the Sept. issue of Playboy which, he sought to have autographed. "Then we start doing our scene and everything is going good until we go on a break. "I went over to sit on the couch to rest a lil bit", she wrote.

Wilkinson said she was talking to a "really nice guy" sitting next to her when Eminem walked in her direction."I smile and say 'what’s up’? He takes out a bottle of water and pours it all over me!" Wilkinson alleged. "There goes my makeup, there goes my hair, there goes my tears, and there goes my first rap video!" Despite the incident, both Wilkinson and Eminem have agreed to leave the incident behind them.

The rapper sent a blooming bouquet to the Playboy mansion where Wilkinson currently resides, to make amends. And while she may not hate Eminem, Wilkinson wrote that her 80-year-old-flame isn’t too fond of the rapper."Hef [Hugh Hefner] hates him now! So I lived and I learned right?", Wilkinson said. "I will never do a rap video again, unless its Three 6 Mafia, Too $hort, Bow Wow or Nelly!"

Then when he told me it was for “Pirates of the Caribbean,” I was like, “Okay, we definitely have to book this!” He submitted my photos to the casting agency and I auditioned with about 50 girls at a pool in Los Angeles.

We possess those traits plus a “killer” streak that you have to wait and see!

I have been filming some independent movies, including one with Danny Trejo called “House of the Rising Sun.” I just finished filming “Freelancers” with Robert De Niro, 50 Cent and Forest Whitaker.

The acting bug has definitely bit me and I’m going to keep living my dreams! E-mail the columnist at rvnepales_5585@yahoo.com.  Just go to warrenandbaram.com and you can read his bio. He was the first to rep Latinas in a major way ! Pretty cool ! Also I read annarticle about him in the New York post about how he protect Models and this is it Page 6 New York Post New York: Playboy`s practice of charging its models to show up to centerfold casting calls upsets model bookers. The magazine is requiring a registration fee of 19.95 dollars to attend casting calls in various cities. It also charges models 49.99 dollar and 59.99 dollar for sets of their own photos taken at the calls. "You can be a 300-pound gorilla, and they will take your money," the New York Post quoted Jonathan Baram of model agency, Warren & Baram Management as saying. However, Playboy says the fees and packages have been in place for about two years. The registration fees are to discourage people from canceling appointments and are refunded in some cases. The photo packages are offered because women repeatedly asked if they could keep the shots taken at the casting calls for themselves. "All photo packages are completely optional," said a Playboy rep Sammy

There is a book about this man

Jonathan Baram and his brother Damon Baram had a run in with some people in New York and a book and documentary were made about it, called Margarita's Millions. It involved the FBI and sexual shaming in the TV and movie business. It is not the first time Baram was sued by people from that industry. The book is hard to find but there is a man named Irish who released a bunch of videos about it. It is out there.

Jonathan Baram: The Truth

#35General Comment

Tue, December 11, 2012

To answer your question. You definitely should be concerned. Normally, I do not get involved in the rumor mill, but this is no rumor. Jonathan Baram is definitely someone who should be criminally charged and it is a matter of time before it happens. I am an attorney associated with the entertainment field and have numerous reports of Mr. Baram, in appropriate sexual advances, violence and false inprisionment. I can not provide names, but I will provide enough information to allow you readers to know this is fact and to stay completely away from this man.

In 2006, he asked a certain model from miami to attend a photo shoot, in nyc, for an established magazine. He strategically arranged the flight to arrive a day prior and promised the model a hotel room. He met her in the city, where the hotel room was supposed to be and stated that all the rooms were booked. Then insisted that the model accompany him to his house, outside of the city, further-east and stated "they could have a good time together".

The model refused his offering, so he said "he was going across the street to get some coffee and he will be right back". He then, left the model in NYC alone, with no options and ignored her calls for the remaining of the weekend, forcing her to fend for herself. Another situation, with the same scheme, he told another model to stay at his house until she calms down; after sexually pushing his naked body on her, in the middle of her shower. (We have video evidence).

There are also numerous accounts of him defaming other professionals in his category to contract models. I have accounts of him defaming Marcus Blassingame, Sean Cummings, Aminah Benjamin, Krush Models, MTV Staff, Comedy Central Staff, Mark Shimmel, Sean Malcolm, Derrick Mack, DJ Clue, DJ Envy; amongst others; whom are all valid sources in the entertainment field. It is a shame. I hope this saves you readers alot of time in pursuing your dreams. I wish you the best.

I have known Jonathan T. Baram for almost a year now ....and he is real & legit. I think it's funny that anybody would go out of their way to discredit him & his work. It's very pathetic of someone to attempt to ruin a person's reputation on the internet. I've met his models, seen his work & know that yes, he is a REAL model manager. Good luck to you & your endeavors. You need it in life.
