Complaint Review: Warren Tire Service Center Inc.

 I took my car to this firm for a oil change, tire rotation and an inspection.  they said i needed front brakes and i agreed to have the work done.  when i paid the bill and went to leave i noticed the inspection was not done.  i asked why and was told that the rear rails were rusted and would not pass.  i was not told about the rails prior to having the brakes done, cost 552.68, i would never have had any of the work done if i knew about the rails.  i took the car to a collision shop and was told the cost would be 2300.00 to repair the car correctly.  the car was not worth that cost.  i reported this matter to the home office and as of now, a week later, have no response.  i have since purchased another car but i do feel very ripped off by this garage.
