I answered a mailing from Warrior Golf. They said try our clubs and if not happy return and get your money back. When the clubs came I tried for two weeks and did not like the clubs.

I called and talked to Josh Bowel at ext 360 phne number 800-574-9790. He said he would send me a different set of clubs and give me a $300.00 credit to my charge card. So I reluctantly said send the clubs.

The next set of clubs were not much better. I have never received my $300.00 credit to may charge card.

On behalf of Warrior Custom Golf ..First of all I would like to apoligize to any consumers that feel they did not get the service they deserve, We are a extrmely fast growing company and unfortunatly we do make mistakes, however as with any company no matter what the product(s) they sell you can not please all the people all the time. As someone with first hand knowledge of Warrior Custom Golf I can say this..With well over 200,000 satisfied customers, We are obviosly doing something right, We use only top Quality components, ie;Harrison graphite and steel shafts, Lamkin grips and the same foundries used by a number of much larger brand name manufacturers for our heads, All for about half the price of the big guys. Now I'm sure you could read this and say...Well of course he's going to say all these wonderful things about the company he works for. Thats because it's all true!I would be glad to send anyone who requests it a very, very long list of testimonials

I, too had bad experience with Warrior Custom Golf. They send you an ad, stating that you qualify for a free set of Irons. When you call the toll free number, they give you a pressure pitch to buy a set of woods. They never mention the free irons until much, much later.

They charge you $399.00 for a set of 3 woods, which aren't worth $3.99, and give you a 45 day trial. If you don't like them, they say you can send them back. But you have to fill out forms, call them and get a "Return Authorization" code.

I work at a golf resort, and have access to all the golf I can Play. I played with these clubs for about 4 rounds and decided I did not like them. I called them and told them I was going to return them. The guy I spoke with thought I had lost my mind. He insulted me, said I must not be much of a golfer (I'm an 8 handicap), and wanted to refund me $200.00 to keep the clubs. I told him no. I wanted ALL of my money back, and to return the clubs.

At this point, he was getting pissed. He said he would send me a free set of irons. If I kept the woods. (Finally, the offer of a "free" set of irons) As I am happy with my irons, I told him no. He recommended I get the irons and "donate" them to a local boys club or other charity.

When he finally got the point, and I mentioned the better bsiness bureau and other watchdog organizations, he finally agreed to give me a return authorization code.

When it was finally over, it took them almost 3 weeks to refund my money to my credit card.

So, if you are interested in paying too much money for sub-par equipment, go with this company. If not, stay away from Warrior Custom Golf.
