I tested there irons, which cost over $600, callled to resturn the clubs, as I was happier with my original irons. After being pressured to keep the clubs finaly agreed to keep them for $125.

They stated it would take 2 weeks to refund my credit card $468 and I thought great that was easy. That was the first weekend of September. In November, I realized that they never refunded the money. I called and spoke with Christine, who stated she was a supervisor and that my credit card would be refunded in 1 week. After confirming the card number, I said great, 1 week. That was Novermber 4th.

On Decmeber 1st, still no refund. Another call to Amanda Chrisinski (spelling?) because Christine was supposedly on the phone. Amanda seemed very helpful and willing to do what no one else could accomplish, provide the refund within 72 hours.

Well, 72 hours has passed and still no refund.
I now $30 late fee to my credit card and my balance is getting bigger rather than being zero.

Why does it take more that 1 minute to refund a credit card? It is done instantly at a department store. My best advice is to stay away from Warrior Custom Golf, to much hassle...No comment on the product.

I've read some negative comments about the Warrior Golf company and agree with a lot of the comments that people are making about there high pressure initial sales pitch and there unwillingness(like most companies) to refund money. I, personally, liked the clubs but felt that the set of Drivers that I ordered were overpriced(like most golf clubs) and I couldn't rationalize keeping them. After calling the company and explaining why I wasn't keeping them(price), they offered me the free irons. 2 out of the 3 people that I talked to in this whole process were very pleasant and eager to help. Because of the last person's pleasant attitude and willingness to help me with whatever I needed, I accepted the offer for the irons. I was probably lucky that I did that, considering that most problems with the company stems from money returns. My overall experience was pleasant. If you want some golf clubs I recommend trying Warrior because I liked mine. If you are just trying to get some of the free clubs that they offer, you are nothing but a fish that's taken the bait.
