warrs auto wrecking misrepresenting parts for sale lansford Pennsylvania
I recently purchased a bed assembly fom warrs auto wrecking online. Anthony misrepresented the part by sending me pictures of a nice bed and then sending me a different bed that was not a usable piece. I had already paid for this by overnighting a cashiers check to him. They say that they will refund my money for the part, but are going to charge me for shipping both ways which amounts to about 11 or $1200.00. I would have gladly accepted the part had it been a usable part because we really needed the part to repair a truck that we have.

Anthony did send me a 06 f250sd bed , but it was not a usable part.He had sent me pictures of a gray bed that was a nice bed and then sent me a different bed than what he had represented. He told me on the phone that the gray bed was for an f150 and that I needed a bedfor a f250, so that is what he sent instead. It is not my fault that he misrepresented what he was sending me. The one he sent did in facthave a spray in bedliner in it along with holes drilled inthe floor for a 5th wheel hitch, along with a crack in the sheetmetal behind the left rear wheelwell about 6 inches long and had surface rust all around the crack.I told him upfront that this bed had to be a nice piece or I could not use it. He assured me that it would be, so I completed the buy by paying with a cashiers check and overnighting it to keep up my end of the agrreement. He did not hold up his end. He sent me a less than average part instead. I did agree on the phone that I would agree with his terms on refusing the partbecause I had no use for the part and could not use it and part of my moneyback would be betterthan none. I then emailed him telling him that I did not think that I should have to pay the shipping both ways because I did not get the quality part that I was promised. I have received no response from the email at all.He sent me a piece of crap and wants me to pay for his misrepresentation of the product. If that is not a crook, then I do not know what to call it.

We sent Austin's Body shop a 2006 Ford F-250SD pick up bed as ordered by Dusty. Dusty refused the shippment while talking to us on the phone. We explained to him if he refuses the shippment that he would be charged the shipping to him and the shipping back since the trucking company is an outside contracter. He choose to refuse the shippment and take the loss.The reason Dusty refused the shippment was the bed had a spray in liner , not because of damage or rust. There is no no rip off here, Dusty agreed to certain term when purchasing this bed and broke the contract by refusing the shippment. Yes he is getting charged for the shipping in both directions and a 25% restock fee which he agree to at the time of sale.
