The comments posted are false, Cory Green is speaking about himself. I have done my rersearch and you can do by going to dopl.gov or call 801-530-6011 and asked to speak to the investigators about Mr. Cory Green who is well know and not LIKED in the security industry at all! You can verify any wrong doings or problems that Wasatch company may had have which they never did not even near the problems and unethical conduct when Cory Green ran his business (CPS)...FACT! He is mad that Wasatch has a good name and does pay their employee's not like CPS when CEO Cory Green ran the company and never paid any of his employee's that's why he's out of business. Do your own research I challenge any one to do so because actions speak louder then words. Wasatch has never lost a client do to service when Nate Harris took over that is a fact. Nate Harris has never had a problem with payroll either or with the labor Commission. Cory Green however had lost all his clients respect and trust along with his employees' at that time that's why he is no longer in business any more and never will, Nate Harris and Gregg Valdez from CBI will see to that. He gives every one in the security field a terrible name so ask around mention the name Cory Green and see what results you get?! Do your own research and you'll know the truth. It's pretty sad how Cory Green is taking this and writing false statements about the companies that are successful when he never was! Also for the record Cory Green never dealt with Mr. Harris at all or had business with him! If Wasatch Security was so bad why is that Mr. Green wanted to merge with Wasatch? Mr. Harris did not trust him on the count on all of us who use to work with Mr. Cory Green and still owed a big pay check. My name is Terry Miller and I worked Preston Hallow apts. in SLC, UT for over a month and never got paid by that snake Green. He owes me $1,345. and I will never see it either! Your the biggest THIEF don't even lie and mention Wasatch never pays their employees which I do see a check coming not like you CPS... Cory Green RIPOFF!!! Again challenge anyone to do own research and find the truth for your self any see who is in business and who is out of business for being a BIG thief! Call the DOPL and Labor Commission PLEASE. :) Again LOL @ Cory Green!

You don't know WHO all will read this.
Prudent business owners and anyone else who wants to consider hiring a security company where you live will see this and they will think what I am thinking:
"Is this the script for a BAD REALITY TV SHOW or just WHAT and WHO am I hiring here?"
I do not live in Utah and probably never will but I DO know what people want when they hire security and a long-running,name calling dispute NO MATTER WHO IS RIGHT OR WRONG will TURN OFF anyone in your market area who is needing a security person.
Settle this.
It could cause you to go broke.

No offence, but no one really cares about the trials and tribulations of some jack leg security guard company. Be smart and seek better employment because security is the bottom of the barrel. Dont stay to long or you wont be able to get anything better. Im not being a troll, just telling you like it is.

To all those on the message boards,
I want to try and clear the air and try to do any damage control that could possibly be done by this point. My name is Forrest and I have done what many people have asked to have done. I have checked with DOPL, I have checked with the Labor Commission, I have check with many places that people on these boards have asked for people to check on to see about Cory Green. After extensive (and I mean extensive) research I reached an overall conclusion, that I could not find anything to backup the claims by any of you on here. Now some of you may have addition information that I have no record of. But by my research using the Stat of Utah and all its various divisions I have found nothing to back up the claims posted on this board. Now also I cannot prove any of the claims made by Mr. Green either. I am now a business partner with Mr. Green, I went into this partnership after I did all the research that people told me to do. Like I stated earlier, I found no basis for the accusations that where posted by others. I would ask anyone who has a police report (a real police report, I have worked in Law Enforcement so I know what they look like) and show me where Mr. Green has been arrested or convicted of anything that you have claimed against him. Failure to do so will result in me seeking damages against my company by slander. Like I said I'm open to see these reports, I would ask for you to mail them to me, or sit down with me and show them to me. I'm not going to sit down and hear baseless accusations unless you have proof. Also, for all of you who have filed lawsuits against Mr. Green, I would like to see the paperwork and the filing info. If you cannot produce those, then you have filed nothing. I would like to see those claims since I am a partner with Mr. Green and lawsuits can be impactful to me. I have also talked with my partner Mr. Green, and have discussed no longer posting on websites and I have also asked for him to remove anything that he has posted. Overall, I have been out of the security business for a longtime and hope to return with a working partnership with others in the field. I know the competition is fierce and that some people have been hurt screwed, or have felt like the have been screwed over by somebody in this market. I think it looks bad upon all of use to keep up this slander and fighting. Would you really like for your clients to see these posts? I know I'm embarrassed just reading them and would not want to do business with any of us if this is how we act. If any of you would like to contact me, feel free to do so, I would like to talk. Also I would like to talk to any owners of rival security companies and just get to know some of you. I hope that we may be able to overcome these verbal assaults and work hand in hand to provide better security for all of our clients.
Understand this, I am a nice guy, I really want the best for all of us. This is why I am creating, hopefully, an open dialog. I don't want to sue anyone; I don't want anyone to sue anybody else. I know its expensive and time consuming, and overall stupid. We live in a society that is quick to sue, and slow to talk. Talk to me, work with me please. That's all I'm asking for. I do not want to make enemies in life. I want to make friends and partners.
