Washballs - U-Save - Amercan Values - Wellnet took money from me and after 6 months of trying to get it back..still no refund Las Vegas Nevada

I started noticing these random chages in my account, once I started looking into them it started with Wellnet and then more charges started appearing for U-Save, Washballs and American Values. I never authorized the charge let alone had I ever even heard of these companies before they appeared on my account. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them trying to get my money back.

I have talked to two Supervisors (Shawn and Chester Lawland both from Wellnet). Each time they say "well expedite this to the home office to determine why the refund check hasn't been written". They've done this three or four times each time buying them another month before I call back demanding my money again. EAch time they give me their personal gaurantee that they personnally will see that the check gets sent....still nothing. I am absolutely interested in a class action suite...

I run my own business and do not have the time to spend the hour on the phone a couple times a month to get MY money back! I closed all the services 6 months ago and i'm still waiting. One rep I talked to let it slip that even tho they say a check will get to me in 7-10 days it usually takes 6 months..that is when a supervisor jumped on the line and said she didn't know what she was talking about.

Also, they say they have a recording of my voice agreeing to these services and charges...but when I asked them to play it for me to hear my own voice...they said they reviewed the tape and its my voice...they never once played it for me. There is something serious going on with this company.
