Last year, 2014, we decided to buy a house. Everyone, even the Bank of America, our bank for 22 years but not any more, refused to give us a loan. Even The Arizona Federal

Credit Union, customers of which we were for five years, refused to give us a loan.

Nobody gave a reason. We suspect it was because we have not used credit cards for the last 13 years. We used credit cards from the Bank of America before 2002 but they never reported

it to the so-called credit bureaus.

A woman by the name Lisa Davey working for “Washington Federal” to which we were refereed, offered a loan. Her conditions were that we had to transfer to her account $1,500 and that we had not the right to spend money beyond groceries and mortgage payments without her explicit permission.  Both illegal things We rejected the loan.

The woman got angry. We expected that and we tried to get a credit card with her. “Washington Federal” does credit card business with “Elan Financial Services” about

which we found many bad things on the Internet. “Elan Financial Services” refused to give us a credit card, But they were given all our private sensitive information from Lisa Davey.

We had given that woman $200 with the intention to open account with her, in addition to the credit card. The next day, terrified by what we had found about “Elan Financial

Services”, we decided not to open the account and ask for our $200 back.  We called and left a message asking Lisa Davey to send a check for $200. She ignored

us. No response. A few days later, we send a friendly note by the USPS even wishing “Merry Christmas”. No response from Lisa Davey. A few days later, we sent a second note,

less friendly this time but polite. This time we got a response. An envelop with a debit card. Nothing else, just a debit card. We had never asked for a debit card. We

did not like it. My wife started crying.

I decided to do something which I had never done before. I responded using 4-letter words sending back the debit card which I damaged. For many reasons, I am paranoid

about safety and security and given the reputation of “Elan Financial Services” and the woman's  rage about the lost loan business, I feared the worst. That they would use our

private sensitive information to steal money and do other good things.  I wrote that if they do those things and we would lose our money and integrity i would  bad words I wrote>.

The woman contacted a lawyer by the name John M. Fry, who is probably her lover, who went to Arizona Superior Court and claimed that I harassed her at the her place of work. Using

all good things for which people in his profession are known,  the guy said nothing about the failed loan business,  nothing about that woman's illegal demands,

nothing about her trying to steal our $200. They just mentioned the 4-letter words I used to which that

woman did her best to provoke me. Which takes their claim out of its context and makes it fraudulent.

At the same time, they claim that after I sent back the damaged debit card using the 4-letter words if they stole our identity, they sent a check which the USPS returned.

Which is not easily believable. In the 22 years we have been living in this area, that would be the very first time a letter would not be delivered by the hard working guys and girls of the USPS.  Of course, they make mistakes, we are just saying that would be their very first mistake. In 22 years.  What a coincidence....

That guy, John M. Frey, called me and implied that we have been using a fake address asking me to give him our real address. As I said, a lawyer.........

We spent $80 to get our $200 back. And we are stamped as criminals who harass hard working women in the financial business.

Based on your report you couldn't get a loan with any bank.  Meaningless for this "RipOff" with the exception that perhaps it shows you probably have other credit and/or income issues that may be playing into this as a reason you are having problems.

But then we get to the approval.  This person approves you but says you can't spend any money beyond food and mortgage.   Honestly, not sure that is illegal as you say, so perhaps you can provide a specific law.  But this makes the next part very confusing.  By your own admission they wanted to have you do something you believe is illegal.  So what do you do to reward her?  You want her to get you a credit card....WTH

But then you send her a"friendly note" wishing her a Merry Christmas...and are surprised that you didn't get a response.  Again...WTH.  If you are sending what is in effect a Christmas Card to ONLY get one in return, you are doing that for the wrong purpose.  Or are you just "forgetting" to put in this report the rest of what you wrote in the letter?

It gets really funny with your wife's reaction when she gets the debit card..she starts to cry because she didn't want a debit card.  Wow...I hope you never bring home whole milk when she wants 2%..she may ask you for a divorce.

For many reasons, I am paranoid

This is the ONE thing I agree with in your post.   So as for the rest..just one final WTH.
