Karen Tappert of Carnation,Wa came into my life on January, 5th 2007 when I attempted to sell my home in order to avoid foreclosure,I found her website on the internet and called her. I had moved out of the home to try and sell it to no avail.Karen advised me to move back into the home and continue living there until foreclosure proceedings.
My then Boyfriend(now husband) called her up and asked her if he gave my mortgage company 10 thousand dollars would it stop my home from going into foreclosure(At that time it would have cost me 8 thousand to fix the situation and continue paying my mortgage and keep my home) She told him no,don't pay a dime to the mortgage company i Promise I will fix this and you will get a lower payment.
So I moved back into the home get another job and give her 1200 dollars and deposit it into her bank account right away and she will have an angel lender come buy my home and rent it out to me unitll I can eventually buy it back. Well, we advised her we were going to call the mortgage company and pay them to stop foreclosure and again she advised us not to so we did not.
my home was foreclosed upon on june 20th 2007 adn Karen refused to help me because I called the mortgage company. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bueraue and she responded back with a letter full of filthy lies.

A couple years too late but Your website was mentioned because she also claimed to be part of your company and your URL was on her website. as an affiliate but now when I look for her she has shut down her website.

I'm sorry to say that Karen Tappert was a Consultant with MortgageViolationWatchdog.com for a few months in early 2008. Karen did not represent MVW in January of 2007 or in June of 2007 when Leslie's home was foreclosed on. We do not show any clients by the name of Leslie in the state of Washington. We do not tell clients to stop paying their mortgage payments.
MortgageViolationWatchdog.com can not be held responsible for the actions of Karen Tappert previous to or after her time representing our program. I would apprecitate our web site being removed from this report.
